With his background in natural sciences and business administration, he has been playing an active role in the Swiss Life Sciences market for many years. He has been the founder and owner of various companies.

As Managing Director, Svenja is responsible for the management of the Basel branch office and implements the knowledge gathered over the last 15 years with great passion in everyday work. Her main focus is on recruitment process outsourcing, change management and conducting various workshops.

Reto Müller

Reto is our Finance, Legal & Admin Manager with many years of experience in Finance & Controlling. He is the soul of our business and sparring partner for our CEO and our employees.
